Write the winning essay and receive an established, profitable business and recently renovated home in beautiful Port Clinton, Ohio, located on the shores of Lake Erie. The business is a stand-alone dairy queen-type operation that has been in existence for over 30 years. Business includes building, property, equipment, and product.

The home, approximately 1,800 sq. ft., is located across the street from the business. It was renovated in the past year. It has 3 bedrooms / 2 baths, eat-in kitchen, 2 pantries, family room, utility room, and formal dining room and sitting area. Renovations included electrical, plumbing, laminate floors, wood paneling, fixtures, and appliances.
